About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure that our care home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision, training, and development
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a management role in a care setting
  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
