About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Economics Manager to join our team at G&J Lee Recruitment. As a key member of our boutique HEOR Consultancy company, you will be responsible for leading modelling & HTA projects and managing a small team of 6 people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of health economists and analysts to deliver high-quality HTA and modelling projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a health economics or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HTA and modelling principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
