Job Summary:

Taskmaster Resources LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a refuse truck and collecting waste from various locations on the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a refuse truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collect and transport waste from designated locations, ensuring that all waste is properly secured and handled.
  • Assist with loading and unloading waste bins, as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of waste collection and transportation, as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid Cat C driving licence and in-date CPC card.
  • Good level of English communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and clients.
  • Experience with Roll-on, Roll-off operations and a good understanding of waste management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be based on the Isle of Wight and will be required to operate a refuse truck in a safe and efficient manner.

Pay and Benefits:
