Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Flooder. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping customers find their forever home and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive local knowledge to provide customers with informed advice on amenities, schools, transport links, and competitors.
  2. Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and pricing to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  3. Effectively follow up on leads to convert enquiries into site visits and drive sales growth.
  4. Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements, demonstrating resilience and drive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  1. Be able to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Stay adaptable and open to new ideas, including legislation, economic conditions, and technology.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach.
  4. Be flexible with working patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, and willing to travel as required.
  5. Possess a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for business travel.
