About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales Administrator to join our team in Hamilton. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and effective communication.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to placement.
  • Qualify candidates to meet client requirements.
  • Write compelling job advertisements and manage candidate responses efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and maintain up-to-date system records.
  • Actively source candidates using job boards for live roles.
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in making high-volume outbound phone calls.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage time effectively.
