The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Import Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating import operations and ensuring timely delivery of cargo
  • Liaising closely with overseas agents and suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Tracking cargo and communicating with customers to provide updates
  • Responding to general customer queries and providing excellent customer service

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with experience working in an operational role within logistics, freight, or transport. Ideally, you will have some exposure to sea freight and be happy to work in an office environment. You should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
