The Opportunity

This role presents an exciting chance for a skilled professional eager to advance their career by joining our expanding Real Estate Team. You will be engaged in commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on our Education Property services, supporting our nationally recognized Education Practice.

Flexible Location

The position offers flexibility in location, allowing you to work from our offices as needed. Occasional travel may be required based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing a personal caseload effectively (with appropriate supervision).
  • Providing client support both in the office and at external locations as necessary.
  • Collaborating collegially within your team and across the firm.
  • Communicating promptly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintaining your professional development and actively enhancing your legal knowledge.
  • Delivering work to the highest standards in line with the firm’s policies and values.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to preparation efforts.
  • Engaging in marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Property law.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Office 2010.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in Property law, particularly in Commercial Property within educational institutions.

Reporting Structure

The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Real Estate Team.
