As a key member of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of projects encompassing wind, solar, and hydro energy. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of legal agreements and transactions within this rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating comprehensive option agreements and leases for clean energy projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence investigations on prospective projects, encompassing title reviews, inquiries, and searches to mitigate potential risks and ensure legal compliance.
  • Providing expert counsel on the financing of clean energy projects and large-scale acquisitions/disposals, guiding clients through complex financial transactions with precision and clarity.
  • Contributing to a wide spectrum of real estate matters handled by the team, including landlord and tenant disputes, corporate support, and public sector engagements.
  • Delivering exceptional client service, upholding TLT LLP's commitment to providing high-quality legal solutions tailored to individual needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Proven track record in real estate law, with a particular emphasis on clean energy transactions and projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to manage a demanding workload effectively.
