Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy Service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery.
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives, ensuring best practice and commissioning intentions are met.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with organizational values and aims.
