About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to lead our Children's Occupational Therapy service in West Essex. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality services to children and young people with a range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy service in West Essex
- Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes

Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Effective leadership and management skills
- Experience of working with children and young people with a range of conditions
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
