About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech and Language Assistant to join our team at a primary SEN school in Barking. As a Speech and Language Assistant, you will work closely with children who have speech and language difficulties, providing individualized support to enhance their social confidence, pronunciation, and communication skills.

Job Summary
  • Work with children in Key Stage 2
  • Provide individualized support to children with speech and language difficulties
  • Work closely with SEND specialists to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Full-Time position working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm
  • Earn up to £470 per week based on PAYE basis
About You
  • Awarded minimum 2:1 Psychology Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Work experience with children who have special education needs or speech impairment is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
