Job Title: Bid Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bid process from initial EoI/PQQ activity to tender submission and closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and coordinate bid teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate processes and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in competitive tendering within the public/commercial sectors
  • APMP certification and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of best practice bidding processes and UK Government frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
