BAE Systems Digital Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of proposals in line with Shipley best practice, ensuring that all aspects of the bid cycle are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the overall bid governance plan, including RFIs, PQQs, and main bid responses.
  • Define and implement a suitable bid process to fit the opportunity, coaching team members on ROMs and Firm Price tailoring.
  • Own, edit, and format customer proposals, providing the response structure and establishing the bidding environment.
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from various stakeholders, including sales, HR, Projects, Finance, Commercial, and Legal.
  • Support the development and deployment of functional learning and development, coaching other bid managers in bid management techniques.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Degree Level (or equivalent) in a Business, Sales, Engineering, or Project related course.
  • 5+ years of experience in competitive tendering within the public/commercial sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and proposal management software.
  • Able to adopt a flexible approach to work, taking initiative and working independently while collaborating within a team.
