Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. As a key member of our Functions team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformations and defence software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies to drive PWin and achieve business objectives
  • Manage the development of high-quality, coherent, and compelling proposals in line with Shipley best practice
  • Lead the planning and execution of the overall bid cycle, including RFIs, PQQs, and main bid responses
  • Own, edit, and format customer proposals and formal responses
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from various stakeholders
  • Support the development and deployment of functional learning and development

Requirements:

  • At least two of the following: degree-level qualification in Business, Sales, Engineering, or Project-related course; 5+ years of experience in competitive tendering within the public/commercial sectors
  • Technical skills in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and proposal management software
