About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support/Receptionist to join our team at CBRE Enterprise EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our contract management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the scope of the contract and ensure that all work is carried out accordingly.
  • Be a financial and operational systems champion, ensuring accurate cost centre coding and processing of quotations and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works, managing sub-contractor paperwork and reviewing processed invoices.
  • Work closely with site teams and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders, and review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements.
  • Deliver monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews, and respond to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
