We are looking for a Relief Receptionist to join us at our client site in Aberdeen.
As a Relief Receptkionist you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

**A typical day in the life as a Relief Receptionist**:
- Be a relief/temp resource as a Receptionist working across a bank of clients from Dyce to Westhill and Aberdeen City
- Respond to client requests for holiday and adhoc/additional cover
- Support our clients for short periods of team, often working alongside their own staff
- Oil and Gas type receptions are the main client base
- To be highly flexible and quick learning
**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.
- Deliver excellent customer service, all day, every day
- Moderate/Advanced IT Skills - and comfortable with electronic switchboards, where required
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
