We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Grangemouth. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing HR communications and queries, assisting with payroll and HR reporting, maintaining HR data and records, coordinating training, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
About the Role:
- Manage HR communications and queries
- Assist with payroll and HR reporting
- Maintain HR data and records
- Coordinate training and provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure GDPR compliance and support HR projects
