About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve service quality
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines

Requirements
  • Current Pin Number and experience as an RMN
