Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical / Forensic / Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with a range of complex mental health needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and other evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide training and supervision to colleagues and consultation to teams
• Evaluate the service and contribute to its development, including clinical research and quality improvement initiatives

• HCPC registration as a Clinical / Forensic / Counselling Psychologist
• Experience working in a clinical forensic or mental health setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
