As the Operational Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that team members possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and culture to deliver high-quality, tailored support services to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. This encompasses a variety of services, including Supported Living, Community Support, Day Opportunities, Registered Care, and Residential Respite.


Your role will involve providing effective and motivational leadership to Team Managers and staff within your area, ensuring they meet performance, compliance, and quality standards.


  • Oversee the management and support of all team members, fostering their strengths through comprehensive induction, regular one-on-one meetings, team discussions, training initiatives, and expert coaching.
  • Hold overall accountability for managing and monitoring financial budgets and accounts within your area.
  • Lead and supervise contract execution across the area, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and legislative standards.


We seek a leader who can inspire and drive individuals and teams to achieve exceptional performance levels.


  • In-depth understanding of Care Standards and the Care Act 2014, safeguarding protocols, DOLS/MCA, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in making informed business decisions and learning from the results.
