Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the contract, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role will involve managing operational delivery, leading teams, and developing strategic relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Delivery
- Manage and deliver operational services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Client and Supplier Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow revenue and expand services.
- Financial Management
- Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective use of company funds.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and company management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
