- Utilize strong behavior management skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- GCSE in English and Maths to grade C or above, or a recognized equivalent qualification
- Current skill levels at L2 in Literacy, Language, and Numeracy
- Minimum of a Level 3 subject qualification
- Teaching qualification in PTLLS or equivalent (desirable)
