We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing academic support to students with high needs in an FE college setting.

Responsibilities

This is a varied role, requiring dedication and pride in work. Our Learning Support Assistants make a positive impact on students' education and lives.

Requirements
  • GCSE in English and Maths to grade C or above, or a recognised equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of a Level 3 subject qualification
  • Experience in supporting learners, staff or clients
  • Demonstrate understanding of learner needs in an FE setting
