Support Worker Required - Private Address, DY5
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Support Worker to assist with various activities, enabling the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle.
Work Duties:
- Domestic tasks such as laundry, housework, and meal preparation.
- Shopping
- Outdoor walking/exercise
- Taking the employer to appointments
- Assisting with leisure activities
Supporting with:
- Mobility, ensuring the employer's safety
- Personal care
- Undertaking activities for the employer
- Ensuring the employer's home is clean, hygienic, and safe
Other Requirements:
- Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns
- Assisting with management of the employer's health risks
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication
- Maintaining confidentiality
Location:
- Within the employer's home
Hours and Rate of Pay:
Weekend hours working over Saturday and Sunday in the daytime, and evenings, hours to be discussed with the employer
£11.44 per hour
Requirements:
