Service Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team at MI5. As a Service Desk Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our service desk operations, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage service desk queues to ensure efficient workflows and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to service desk analysts, helping them to navigate complex technical issues and escalate tickets as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to improve service desk efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical proficiency in ticket management systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in service desk operations, including task triage and prioritization.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to a team of service desk analysts.
