About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality urgent care services to patients in need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with undifferentiated conditions in a General Practice setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients face-to-face or via telephone triage
- Work in a flexible environment, choosing between Primary Care Centres or home visits
- Collaborate with a skilled mix of GPs, Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioners, and Paramedic Practitioners
- Utilize electronic prescribing systems and access basic daytime GP notes via GP Connect
