Role Overview: In the capacity of Marketing and Business Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our founder and the entire team. This diverse role merges marketing duties with business operations and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic outreach to our client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage our client database, crafting email campaigns and newsletters to enhance client relationships.
  • Podcast Support: Assist in the production, promotion, and distribution of our weekly podcast. Coordinate with guests, edit podcast content, and devise strategies to boost listenership.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics. Formulate strategies to enhance our social media visibility and drive traffic to our offerings.
  • Content Creation: Write and refine marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and podcast listenership. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Business Operations and Administrative Support: Update and manage the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Outreach and Network Engagement: Coordinate outreach and marketing activities to our members' network, collaborating closely with the team to drive engagement.
  • External Partnerships: Liaise with external creative teams and partners to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Office Management: Handle general office management tasks, including organizing and scheduling meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, and managing the CEO's calendar.
  • Client and Candidate Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings with clients and candidates, including travel arrangements and logistics management.
  • Leadership Diagnostics: Edit and personalize diagnostic tools for each client to ensure tailored assessments.
  • Online Form Creation: Create and manage online forms, ensuring timely completion by the team.
  • Data Management: Create and maintain scoring charts for final reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assessment Coordination: Set up initial calls and one-on-one assessment sessions, translating findings into clear and concise reports.
  • Executive Search Support: Organize and create detailed reports and presentations for client updates and candidate assessments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up update calls and candidate interviews, assisting with candidate qualification calls.
  • Proofreading: Proofread briefs and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Database Management: Ensure the client and candidate database is kept up to date, assisting with data entry and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 12-18 months of experience in marketing, business operations, or a related field. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of podcast production and promotion processes is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with social media management, particularly Instagram.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform marketing and business strategies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
