Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and provide a high level of service to our customers.
  • Manage accounts, issue invoices, and handle queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Work effectively in a busy, team-orientated environment and meet deadlines.
