Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and predictive maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Assess and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner, prioritizing works to meet site priorities.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by conducting all servicing and maintenance activities with minimal risk to employees, products, and equipment.
  • Participate in daily and weekly review sessions to drive improvement and optimize maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with an electrical bias and 18th Edition certification.
  • Qualified or time-served in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in the use and operation of CMMS systems.
  • Reliability Management expertise, including FMECA, RCM, Tribology, CBM, and TPM.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • NEBOSH certification and sound knowledge of behavioral safety at a site level (desirable).
  • Legionella and HACCP awareness (desirable).
