We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Month End financial close process. As a key member of our Group Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Month End financial close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial reports are accurate and complete.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and complete, and that financial reporting meets the needs of the business.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Director with a strong background in financial close processes and team management. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
