We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Cheshire Springs care home in Ellesmere Port.

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants
