The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for passionate and driven graduates to join our team. Successful candidates will contribute to a burgeoning sector of our business focused on evaluation and consulting services, working across diverse policy areas. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery and reporting to the project manager while aiding in the team's growth through the enhancement of our methodologies and broader strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the design of policies and programs along with their expected outcomes;
  • Conduct literature reviews and analyze socioeconomic data to contextualize policy implementation;
  • Assist in the creation of research instruments (e.g., surveys, discussion guides);
  • Coordinate and facilitate in-depth interviews;
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data from various research initiatives;
  • Contribute to the development of clear and concise reports summarizing findings;
  • Support the acquisition of new contracts by aiding in the preparation of research proposals;
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to written materials and presentations.

Candidate ProfileEssential Qualifications:
  • A keen interest in enhancing knowledge and understanding of various public policy areas;
  • A commitment to building a career in research and consulting with a commercial mindset;
  • A genuine enthusiasm for social research and a desire to grow within a leading research organization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Experience with quantitative research methodologies, including study design, data collection, and analysis;
  • Familiarity with qualitative research techniques;
  • Capability to manage and analyze extensive datasets, ensuring data integrity and precision;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally;
  • Experience with (or a strong interest in learning) statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, SAS, or R;
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and conducting surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups;
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods;
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
