Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address and resolve member issues and requests, maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
- Lead the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of our facility, coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and services.
- Support with procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies, equipment, and materials, monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure adequate stock.
- Oversee the logistics of deliveries, shipments, and storage management, coordinating space planning and allocation for events, meetings, and office relocations.
- Lead and train team members to ensure high performance and efficiency, developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Manage member back-end items, including monthly invoicing audits and debt management.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software and systems.
- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in a hospitality or coworking environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
