Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address and resolve member issues and requests, maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Lead the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of our facility, coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and services.
  • Support with procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies, equipment, and materials, monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure adequate stock.
  • Oversee the logistics of deliveries, shipments, and storage management, coordinating space planning and allocation for events, meetings, and office relocations.

  • Manage member back-end items, including monthly invoicing audits and debt management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in a hospitality or coworking environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
