About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Gastroenterologist to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Consultant Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for providing professional supervision and management of junior medical staff, carrying out teaching, examination, and accreditation duties as required, and contributing to undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education activities locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and management in the field of Gastroenterology
  • Supervising and managing junior medical staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
  • Carrying out teaching, examination, and accreditation duties as required
  • Contributing to undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education activities locally and nationally
