Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Agility Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly production and maintenance of payroll groups, providing a point of contact for associates and other relevant parties, and assisting with routine system processing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll groups on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to associates and other stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  3. Assist with routine system processing, including data entry and reconciliation.
  4. Support projects as required, utilizing technical skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  5. Distribute final payment run reports and manage returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  6. Conduct cash book reconciliation and non-compliance reporting, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Requirements
  1. Ability to recalculate overpayments and manual payments.
  2. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and payroll systems.
  3. Highly numerate with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  4. Confident telephone skills with a customer service approach.
