**Job Description**:
**Your role as Payroll Administrator**
- Data input of employee information into GKi
- Validating data entered onto GKi by employees and managers
- Processing payroll and checking calculations of statutory payments and deductions
- Processing of absence and calculation of sick/maternity/paternity/shared parental/adoption payments
- Assist with any ad hoc project work as required

**What you’ll bring**
- Good numeric and literacy skills, GCSE Maths and English (9-6 or A*-B) are essential, further education is desirable
- Good level of IT literacy inclusive of Microsoft Excel
- 1-year high volume Payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven team player with high levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Organised, methodical, self-motivated, and committed to providing quality service
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand; a "can do" attitude
- Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Completed or working towards CIPP Foundation Degree (desirable but not essential)
