About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our team at Flutter UK & Ireland. As a key member of our Research team, you will play a critical role in delivering our Safer Gambling Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop research briefs that address complex business challenges.
  • Design and lead research projects to inform our Safer Gambling Strategy, leveraging your expertise in research design and methodologies.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple research projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Develop rich insight stories to provoke action among stakeholders, synthesizing insights from multiple data sources.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve research processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
  • Strong research design skills and knowledge of best practices.
  • Strategic approach and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple partners across business functions and ability to integrate findings to make well-rounded business recommendations.
  • Able to build compelling stories and actionable insights from data.
  • Confident in project management, resource allocation, and prioritization.
  • Previous use of advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
  • Experienced people manager with a focus on coaching and skills development.
