Key Responsibilities- Design and lead research projects to address complex business challenges, working closely with stakeholders to develop research briefs and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior partners across the Safer Gambling Strategy, Customer Product, and Customer Operations teams to deliver against the strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure research findings are actionable and impactful.
- Lead on or support the Senior Research Analyst in designing research solutions to address more complex business challenges.
- Optimally prioritize the research roadmap and oversee the execution of multiple research projects concurrently.
- Strong skills in research design and knowledge of best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a strategic approach, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Experience collaborating with numerous partners across business functions and ability to integrate findings to make well-rounded business recommendations.
- Able to build compelling stories and actionable insights from data.
- Confident in project management, resource allocation, and prioritization.
- Previous use of advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Experienced people manager with a focus on coaching and skills development.
