About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casual Stadium Catering Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of catering staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety, food safety, and equality and diversity policies.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the catering area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, food safety, and equality and diversity policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
