Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Casual Stadium Catering Cook to join our team at Sodexo Live St James' Park, Newcastle United Football Club. As a key member of our catering team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring it's served at the correct temperature and presented to a high standard.
- Manage stock levels, record kiosk stock sheets, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all food items are handled and stored safely, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as required, including assisting with event setup and breakdown.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced catering environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and matchdays.
