We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic Health in Mind service. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the provision of psychological assessment and intervention to children, young people, and families accessing support through our service.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Support the development of work streams, waiting list initiatives, and clinical pathways within the Health in Mind team.
- Training and Development: Deliver training and development programs for staff in Health in Mind and across the Trust, focusing on therapeutic interventions, single session consultation, and tiered model implementation.
- Leadership and Service Improvement: Contribute to the leadership and development of services and pathways within the Health in Mind team and allocated streams.
- Caseload Management: Hold a caseload of patients, including children, young people, parents, and families, and take responsibility for the quality of their work and the service provided.
- Transformation Projects: Lead transformation projects to innovate and improve service delivery.
