POSITION TITLE: Glass Care Specialist and Vehicle Operator

REPORTING TO: Operations Manager

LOCATION: London

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential, with a combination of shifts including early mornings and late evenings.

COMPENSATION: £14.00 PER HOUR

ROLE SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform all scheduled and planned glass cleaning and specialized cleaning tasks across various locations within the Greater London area.

Key duties include:

  • Operating a shared company vehicle
  • Executing window cleaning tasks
  • Conducting carpet cleaning
  • Performing hard floor maintenance
  • Utilizing pressure washing techniques
  • Removing graffiti

KEY DUTIES

• Conduct all necessary equipment inspections as required.

• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.

• Foster integration and communication among team members.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in commercial window cleaning
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Specialized cleaning knowledge (desirable, training available)
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel
  • Flexibility to stay away from home when necessary

Essential Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving License

• Certifications in IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, and Harness Training

Desirable Qualifications:

• DBS Checked

• SEAMA Part 1 Certification

• Five years of verifiable work history
