Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer

V7 Recruitment is working with a leading Fire and Security company based in West Yorkshire to find a skilled Service/Install engineer to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment.
  • Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
  • Maintaining effective communications with customers and the office to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Meeting Health & Safety and all other applicable regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, and system sales, and following these through with the sales team with a collaborative approach.
  • Participating in the emergency out-of-hours standby engineering team and going on the daily call-out rota.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of either Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, or Access Control systems.
  • Ability to both install and service.
  • IPAF, ECS, PASMA Licenses (Desired).
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an engineer.
Benefits
  • Salary £30,000 - £40,000 Dependent on Experience.

  • 25 Days Holiday + 3x Days Xmas + Bank Holidays.
  • Overtime opportunities - 1.5x over 40 hours.
  • OTE - £40K+.
