  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Remote Support: Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.
