About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractor Relationship Manager to join our team at Coll Search Limited. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' existing contractor population in a major client partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractor Management: Serve as the single point of contact for all existing contractor inquiries, ensuring consistent communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Contractor Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our contractor population in existing client partners, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Contractor Compliance: Ensure contractors are working compliantly, with up-to-date and relevant documentation, and that they are submitting time-sheets and approving self-billing invoices correctly and on time.
  • Performance Management: Address any performance or behavioural challenges experienced by both contractors and client contacts, working closely with our clients' vertical market consultants, global delivery centre, operations, and marketing teams to resolve issues.
  • Business Development: Land and expand within the client by booking and attending face-to-face and video meetings to understand where else we can support the business, delivering against a range of sales-based KPIs and daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • Technical Requirements: Deliver on a range of technical requirements, including but not limited to engineering, test, product, and digital change and transformation, working in partnership with our clients' teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience of managing senior stakeholders in large clients in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of managing and growing contractor populations in a range of clients.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to arrange, plan, and conduct client meetings via video and face-to-face, and to have challenging conversations with both contractors and client contacts.
  • Technical Skills: Experience of managing complex spreadsheets to record and track contractor data, including pay and charge rates, and a real desire to expand working partnerships with existing clients.
