As a support worker with Dimensions, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple homes, developing strong relationships with the people you support and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with varying needs, including daily living skills, personal care, and mobility assistance.
- Accompany individuals to favored activities and outings, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
- Administer medication and support with personal care, ensuring the highest standards of dignity and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and empowerment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with sleep nights paid at £45.00 per night.
- Full-time or part-time hours available, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Opportunities for career development and professional growth, with ongoing training and mentoring.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment, celebrating diversity and promoting mental well-being.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, with the cost incurred by Dimensions.
Requirements:
- A full UK or EU driving license, as individuals in our care require mobility vehicle support.

- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
