About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GMS (Golf Marketing Services). As a Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Communications and the Commercial Manager in the efficient and high-quality delivery of PR and commercial campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Support in drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
  • Help maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the golf industry.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports and insights for client review.
  • Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and broadcast channels.
  • Coordinate with media buyers and planners to ensure accurate placement and scheduling of ads.
  • Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns, gathering data and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all advertising activities align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of media platforms and a willingness to learn management tools and analytics.
  • A creative thinker with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
