Asset Compliance Supervisor - PFI Handback

Salary: £47k / 5% bonus / single PMI / £5,200 car or car allowance

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all technical services are executed in accordance with legal requirements, relevant standards, and best industry practices across a diverse portfolio of educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee asset data collection and management, ensuring that project completion activities, including asset capture and integration into the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system, are effectively carried out.
  • Lead the resolution of all audit findings and non-conformities.
  • Develop and implement the Contract Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Compliance System, along with statutory and mandatory compliance frameworks across all technical service delivery aspects.
  • Support the handback process by ensuring that all necessary documentation and asset data are readily available to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience within the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) sector, along with a solid understanding of the daily operations and maintenance of various building types, including educational facilities, emergency services, and production environments.

Additional Duties:
  • Collaborate with technical leads to prepare for various audits (technical, internal, external, health & safety, etc.).
  • Identify and implement solutions to address non-conformities, providing support to account leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for each site, ensuring accuracy prior to distribution, along with a summary of key actions for compliance enhancement.
  • Compile individual and consolidated reports for submission to Internal Audit.
