Join Our Team as a Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to enhance your expertise within an acute adult care environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a collaborative setting with a focus on adult in-patient care.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
  • Postgraduate training in adult dysphagia
  • HCPC registration
  • Proven experience in the independent assessment and treatment of swallowing and communication disorders in adults
  • Experience with instrumental dysphagia assessments and interventions is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide services across multiple acute wards and units
  • Oversee patient assessment and treatment planning
  • Engage in team development and training initiatives
  • Contribute to hospital projects aimed at enhancing multidisciplinary teamwork
