About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in the Out-patients department at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating adults with acquired speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat adults with acquired speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide training and education to other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development of the Speech and Language Therapy service

Requirements

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Postgraduate qualification in adult dysphagia
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • High standard of spoken and written English language
